Terms of Service

Last updated 2026-08-13

Draft — not legal advice. This document was prepared during development and requires review and completion by a qualified lawyer before launch. Items in square brackets need facts only the operator can supply.

01Who we are

SimTopUpGo is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], registered in [JURISDICTION] under company number [NUMBER], with its registered office at [ADDRESS].

These terms govern your use of simtopupgo.com and any purchase you make through it.

02What we sell

We sell prepaid mobile top-ups: credit, data, voice and SMS bundles applied to a mobile number you specify. We are a reseller. We are not a mobile network operator and we have no control over how a network applies credit once it accepts it.

The recipient number, country and network you enter are your responsibility. We check the number before taking payment and show you what we find, but the final confirmation is yours.

03Prices and fees

Prices are shown before you pay, with the amount the recipient receives and our service fee as separate lines. The service fee covers payment processing, delivery, and cover for top-ups that fail through no fault of yours.

The total shown at checkout is the amount your card is authorized for. We do not add charges after the fact.

04Payment and delivery

When you place an order we authorize your payment method for the total. Funds are held, not taken.

We capture that authorization only when the network confirms the top-up has been applied. If the network refuses it, we cancel the authorization and you are charged nothing.

If a supplier accepts a request but does not confirm the outcome, we hold the authorization and investigate before deciding. You will be told the result by email.

05Your responsibilities

You must be legally able to enter into this contract and to use the payment method you provide.

You must not use the service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or to send top-ups you have no right to send. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

06Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the total you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

We are not liable for a recipient network refusing, delaying or misapplying credit once it has accepted a top-up.

[LAWYER: confirm limitation-of-liability wording is enforceable in each operating jurisdiction.]

07Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. [LAWYER TO CONFIRM].
